has been proposed. The by-laws amended at the 2009 EYSA AGM, allow the
for amendments to the by-law when written notice is placed on this
website 30 days prior to the next public board meeting. Discussion and
voting on amendments is open to all members of EYSA. The time, date,
and location of the next board meeting will be published here.
12/02/09 EYSA board of directors was increased from 6 members to 12,
the new board will be posted soon. Though our numbers have increased we
still need many more volunteers. Please let us know if you are able to
help.
